Corrections, questions and product suggestions are all welcome. This site is a small operation, so replies are not instant, but every message is read.
What to get in touch about
- A specification is wrong. This is the most useful message you can send. Manufacturers revise products without renaming them and our tables drift. Tell us what is wrong and where you saw the correct figure, and we will fix it.
- A price has changed significantly. Our tables carry a checked-on date, but large moves are worth flagging between updates.
- A pan we should cover. Particularly anything unusual: nitrided finishes, welded handles, uncommon sizes, or regional brands that do not show up in the usual roundups.
- A question we have not answered. If you cannot find something on the site, that is a gap in our coverage and we would like to know about it.
What we cannot help with
We are not a retailer. We do not hold stock, process orders, handle returns or manage warranties. If you bought a pan through one of our links, your order is with the retailer and they will need to sort out anything to do with delivery, damage or refunds.
For brands and manufacturers
We are happy to correct factual errors about your products and will do so promptly. We do not accept payment for coverage, for a favourable assessment, or for placement in our comparison tables.
