Your actual purchase protection
When you buy through our links, your consumer protection comes from two places, and both are strong.
Amazon’s return policy covers most cookware for 30 days from delivery, handles damaged and not-as-described items, and processes the refund. Any delivery or return issue goes through your Amazon account, not through us: we never see your order.
Manufacturer warranties vary by brand and are noted on our product pages where the maker publishes one. Warranty claims go to the manufacturer directly.
What we cannot do, plainly
We cannot accept returns, issue refunds, track parcels or intervene in Amazon disputes. If a page on this site led you to expect otherwise, that page is wrong and we want to know about it.
