Tell us what is wrong, what is missing, or what helped. Reader feedback is how this site improves, and corrections are the most valuable message you can send.
What we most want to hear
- A spec or price is wrong. Tell us the page and where you saw the correct figure. We fix these first.
- Your experience disagrees with ours. If a pan we recommend disappointed you, or one we criticised is serving you well, we want the detail. Real ownership reports shape future updates.
- Something is missing. A pan we should cover, a question no article answers, a comparison you needed and could not find.
- Something helped. Knowing which guides actually solved problems tells us what to write more of.
How to send it
Email Fredy@carbonsteelpan.com with the page URL and your message. If you are reporting a product experience, photos help enormously, and telling us roughly how long you have owned the pan makes your report far more useful.
What happens to it
Corrections are verified against the manufacturer listing and fixed, usually within days. Ownership reports feed into article updates, and may be quoted anonymously unless you tell us we may use your name. Suggestions go on the editorial list, and the most-requested topics get written first.
We read everything. We cannot always reply to everything, but the corrections inbox is checked before anything else.
